I’ve worked with this company for 1415 years best food in the United States unfortunately through the Covid I’ve had a move on to another job, but I still order their food and work for them occasionally when time permits they’re an excellent company with the best food on the market and great customer service.

We have been clients of AFF for 2 years now. The food is really good, I’ve even had people tell me wow your hamburgers are great at our summer bbqs. All the meat is fresh and tastes great. It’s convenient because it’s individually packaged and the portion sizes are perfect. The convenience of just ordering every 6-12 months and having everything delivered directly and packed into our freezer is wonderful. Not having to buy meat at the store really makes shopping easier, and I have lots of choices of what to make each night. Customer service is awesome they have always gone above and beyond on our orders, on one delivery issue we had, and always make things right if needed. If there is a good you didn’t like they replace it with something else on your next order. I’m really happy we found AFF and will continue to use them!

I have been with American Frozen Foods over 5 years. The customer service is outstanding. They are friendly & efficient in responding to phone calls or concerns. Any time I did not like a product it was exchanged out quickly, no questions asked. Up front on all cost & contract. It is very nice to deal w/ the same people, who I feel know me. I get the same delivery person & same food order rep. When ordering food, I inform them of my budget and advise me of where I am in cost in picking my food. I ordered a turkey for thanksgiving it was the moistest, tenderest, meatiest, & flavorful turkey I have ever made over past 25 years or even tasted. I highly recommend them for their customer service but also quality of meat. The flavor & quality of meat far exceeds any grocery store or any butcher I have purchased my meat from.

Im about 2 months in from my first AFF delivery and it has been amazing! Lots of choices, great delivery service and phone service. Always there to answer questions. They back their product and backorder are handled quickly and correctly. I love having a variety at my fingertips, and love that the packaging allows it to thaw quickly, as I NEVER take my meals out in the morning. Im also saving do much by only umfreezing what we will use! Thank you AFF!

Honestly one of the most frustrating wastes of time and money. Tried AFF a few years back and did an order of all kinds of meat… chicken… steak… burgers… and honestly everything was HORRIBLE. The meat tasted freezer burnt as soon as we got it. Packages lost their vacuum seal without even being touched. Steaks were off… tasted rotten at times. While I will say they offered to replace some bad products, the replacements were just as terrible.

Now honestly I could probably give them at least a 2 star review but in the past few years I have asked no less than 6 times to be taken off their calling list… you know… the one they have their employees cold call to try to get you back? Anyways EVERY time I am promised I will be taken off the list… and then low and behold a handful of months later I’m being harassed by them again.

This company is terrible. That is all.

Love the excellent quality of the meat and how it is delivered right to our door and placed in the freezer for us. We are saving so much money on great quality foods. The staff is so friendly and helpful whenever we have any questions. Love how many options there are. I even ordered my Thanksgiving turkeys through AFF and they came out wonderful!

We have had an excellent experience with America Frozen Foods. The first time I order from them I ran out of food for the 6 month duration. It was no problem for them as they made up the difference and sent me enough to hold me until the next order. This was free of charge. They are very serious about making sure their customers are happy. If you are unhappy they will make an effort to make things right.

I have been a customer of American Frozen foods for approx 30 years. I have always had excellent customer service. Customer service representative-Cindy is superb and we have become friends and often share recipes.
All of my deliveries are on time and the delivery guys are always professional.
All of the meats, fish, desserts and other items are top quality.
The flash frozen packaging is the best and easy to defrost in water, which prevents contamination while defrosting on the counter, microwave or refrigerator.
I will never purchasing meat or fish from any other company, but American Frozen foods.
The meat prices may be slightly more expensive than purchasing from a grocery store, but there is no waste and it is always consistent and top quality.
I have purchased my freezer and other appliances through AFF and have received a discount on my future food orders.
I hope AFF never goes out of business!!
