Guy at the front told us the restrooms were closed (we stopped for gas and snacks)....and that we had to go to Walmart because they close them at night to keep them clean.
What!?! There were several other PAYING CUSTOMERS who were needing to pee also.....so I literally watched about 6 guys walk outside and pee on the side of the building.
I had to go bad enough I followed suit 🤷‍♀️
Poor customer service. Just saying.

Edit: it was also only about 8:15 pm on a Saturday night when we stopped here.

This company has bad gas and does nothing about it, it took them over 6 months to fix there diesel pumps because it kept overflowing because the internal filters are bad and that was coming from corporate got two fill ups while they were "testing" it and had to take my truck to the shop afterwards, So don't got good diesel here. There kick back program only gives you points half the time if you pay with the attendant. Had over 5gl spill out because there auto shut off doesn't work and the corporate just said to wash it off. Can't expect anything from this place but a couple bottled sodas.

Currently am pursing this location and corporate office as of 3/7/17 for selling bad DIESEL fuel and then giving me the run-around on how they are going to correct this situation. Have been in contact with PAT, District Manager, and Anthony, Store Manager. Have confirmed results from COLORADO DIVISION of OIL and PUBLIC SAFETY that the DIESEL FUEL was bad. I caution everyone using this fueling station, bad fuel in general severely damages vehicles. Dont end up like me NOT KNOWING IF MY VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED, and IF THE COMPANY CARES... AT ALL

UPDATE: Since have written this review, I was contacted by the very RUDE and NOWHERE NEAR PROFESSIONAL District Manager PAT over the WOODLAND PARK,CO area.She informed me she had spoken to her superiors, and that they agreed ID NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF WESTERN CONVENIENCE STORES INC.

I am beyond words for the net at this point. My vehicle was rendered inop for almost 2 weeks due to piss poor fuel quality at this location.I have lost wages as a result of not having transportation. I have had to borrow vehicles, and looking like ill be renting sooon Then, I am told THEY are pretty sure IVE never been there OR a paying customer.

Ladies and Gentlemen, YOU have been warned.

Nice gas station amazing scenery. Just after the pass on a bike ride? Great location for a quick break or a meet up. Have stopped here multiple times while staying in Colorado and this was always a great pit stop for me. People working here are great. Locals are great.

Friendly cashiers and well stocked inventory. The fuel prices are slightly higher than the Woodland Park gas stations. On the down side, the store is inconsistent regarding the availability of propane. This location is not always staffed with a qualified person to dispense propane.

Dont waste your time trying to get your propane tank filled here. Three employees standing around talking and the guy tells me they quit selling propane at 3 PM then says I'm 7 minutes to late. Lazy worthless employees is more like the reason.

I got incorrect change today from store clerk, Kevin. Didn't get my receipt either. 4.50 was my total, gave him a twenty. He insisted that I have him$ 5.00. I tried talking and asking him politely to double check. He refused. I asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn't give me a phone number. He just started yelling at me and insisting that I called him a liar. I told him that this was inappropriate and that I am a customer this wasn't right. He was Very rude and loud, didn't try to solve anything.

The convenience store at the gas station is big and has a wide range of goods! Variety of items and good employee service, very polite and kind.
