We went in on a Saturday around 11am and were seated right away. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful in helping us find what would work for my husband’s gluten free diet. We ended up with some winners! The Cubano Sandwich was super flavorful and the cauliflower was out of this world delicious! My husband had the rice bowl and he loved his meal as well. We definitely recommend coming to this place if you’re looking for a laid back breakfast or brunch.

Shockingly awesome and beyond what we ever thought we would taste for this little quirky cafe. Carnitas tacos- incredibly delicious. Crispy edges and so tender. The egg salad very tasty, and you want something sweet and savory… the brown sugar bacon pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Chefs kiss. Ambiance is lovely with a 70’s vibe with a little thrift shop and green room on the inside. Don’t miss this place!

Stopped by as we were driving to New Mexico and had a surprisingly great lunch !
Fried chicken & grits was perfection, one of the best Cubano sandwiches ever. Kids devoured tacos and blueberry buttermilk pancakes. Server was friendly even though she was managing while place solo in late afternoon. We also found a couple cool things at the thrift shop in here. Restroom was clean, parking was easy.

Love this place with their enviting and eclectic menu. They are always bringing in new items that give you a chance to try offerings for cuisines the world over. I went for the falafel plate and a glass of prosecco.

Another wonderful meal at AlMack's. Trinidad is fortunate to have such a wonderful and diverse restaurant like this.
We came for breakfast, I tried the strawberry and creme French toast for the very first time. Awesome! See the pictures. My wife had the arugula salad and she loved it.
If you are traveling you've got to stop at this wonderful restaurant on Commercial Street in Trinidad Colorado. If you live in the Trinidad area and you've not been to AlMack's then you've got to put it on your list it's a must.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from Colorado to Texas, and what a hidden gem! Food was excellent, fresh, well made to order, very tasty. Service was great, friendly, but not too much, with genuine smiles and care for customers. A lot of parking spots available. We will definitely come back!

Delicious food! And there's a mini plant shop off to the right when you walk in 🤩 The staff was lovely. The menu layouy looks great. They serve breakfast all day, but also have sandwiches that aren't brunchy if that's not your vibe. We got the bahn mi, butternut squash melt, green chili potatoes, and an iced coffee. Everything was delicious! We will be back 💛

This is our go-to weekend brunch spot when in Trinidad. We like to share an order of bacon brown sugar pancakes, either the braised pork or sausages, an order of 2 eggs, and a classic breakfast. Drinks are delicious, and I love the mocktail choices.
