Dept of Argiculture called me to inform me about the status of my application and that I need to submit more info before approving and the lady whom I spoke with was very rude, short with me and very loud. when I asked her to send me the info via email she said yes and when I wanted to give her my correct email because she had the wrong one on file she well ok then bye and hung up on me. Very rude. Chasidy Rooks was her name. I will be filling a compliant in house as well.
