I had high hopes doing business with Agra Tech from the start of my project. I did my research between brands and was on the fence with NextGen vs Agra Tech. In the end, I chose Agra Tech for my cultivation facility and I will share some notes on my experience. At the start, we had several meeting to organize the greenhouses plans. In the middle of the build, I find out we just missed a $13,000 for equipment support. However, I discussed at-length we would be hanging equipment in the greenhouses. Tough to miss, but Agra Tech sales did. We ordered several heaters and we’re at 6-months and still 2 haven’t arrived. I have had to argue to prove they were never delivered and once they realized they made the mistake, no apology and still no heaters. Several items arrived damaged and my concerns with purchasing just went unanswered. I can’t imagine in 2024 with this level of service they’re still in business. I have met with several growers that have NextGen and they seem much happier with the support and product. Buyer beware here, first hand…
