I bought a used zero turn from AG-Industrial. Kind of a tricky sale for them. I needed it shipped to their New Holland store the same week. I honestly didn't think it would happen. Terry Wehr is a man of his word. Did exactly what he said he would do. I bought this machine sight unseen and it was exactly as Terry described it and I'mpleased with the purchase. Ryan at the New Holland store delivered it as promised. Terry makes online buying easy. He has an honest, no nonsense demeanor and doesn't oversell. A+, and I'll buy from him and AG Industrial in the future.

They also have a Service Garage and a Parts Department.
Staff is always Friendly and Knowledgeable.
Building is clean and well maintained.
Free off street parking.
Easy to find.
No pressure Sales Dept.
I looked at the Sub Compact New Holland Tractor.
Arlen explained the tractor and the implements to me in detail.
He answered all my questions and explained the price and finance options.
Price on the tractor was Fair and on par with other sub compact tractors.
Arlen also gave me a written estimate and payment options to take with me.

I'd sincerely like to thank AG for spot service and great pricing on a trailer hitch for an out of towner such as Me many many miles from home. Steve was great on a retro fit for a ball that was difficult to say the least. Steve got me back on the road FAST!!

Had them order me a gasket for my tiller. Was quoted $20. When I arrived to pick up the item my total was $49. They charged me $21.61 freight for an item that weighs a couple ounces at most. They man behind the counter would only tell me that this is the way things are. Never again will I deal with them. This was dishonesty at it's finest.

They almost always have what I need in stock, and if they don't, they will order it the same day. They service and repair all my Stihl chainsaws quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't operate as fast and efficiently as I do without the help of AG!

Customer service here is the WORST we’ve ever experienced. Been here many times but today will be the last. Horrible service. Picked up a part today. Was told it would be $90. Got there today and it was $190. The guy who quoted me the price was in the back eating lunch and wouldn’t come to the counter. I know I must have misheard the price but what a shock. No one there smiles. It’s so terrible. They have a monopoly in the area and I guess they don’t care. Guess what? Amazon delivers in zero to two days.
