I ordered a wiper blade online, and it came crushed to my house I took it to the local Auto Zone and they came me another one. It wasn't their fault it was crushed but the shippers caused the damage. I really appreciate this.

Bought a transmission from here 1st one didn’t las but 3 months they replaced the trans now on the second one it has gone bad still under the warranty on it but now they are saying it doesn’t apply to the start of this one but the first one which makes it short by 3 months. Not a very good warranty if it counts on the first trans and I had only about 40 thousand miles on it

Have you ever went into a place of business and when you are standing right in front of people that work there and they don't even get acknowledge you this is one of those places. Note O'Reilly's is right across the street.

I stopped here to get oil for my truck and while I was here I picked up new windshield wipers! They installed the wipers which was super because I am so short! I asked them to suggest a good pair because I don’t want to replace them again for another 5 years! I love them!! I put the oil in but again I am short, so I asked one of the guys to pop my cap and I spilled a bit but they were so nice and helpful. I am glad they are on my travel route. My truck is always in need of extra loving! I joined their rewards program. Check them out.
