In early 2020, we were shopping for a tax preparation team to do our filing rather than relying on software companies. By word of mouth, we were told that Accounting Services of York, in Pennsylvania, was a highly rated company on Google.
After a quick phone conversation with David at ASY, I was satisfied that he was knowledgeable, amiable, and professional and that they were eager to help our situation.
We were given a Client Organizer, a document that lists all paperwork that is necessary to complete the returns.
After a few weeks we dropped off all our paperwork and in a few days we were ready to file.
The whole experience was seamless and we were relieved that we found a trusted firm to do our taxes.
Later that year, we purchased a condo in Maryland. When it came time to do the following year taxes, we weren’t sure who could do tax work for both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Luckily, I contacted Accounting Services of York for advice and was assured that I don’t need to drive back to PA. Their Client Organizer can be filled out and safely uploaded to their data base. They can prepare and file taxes for both states and even overseas. Since then, we’ve filed with ASY every year and we couldn’t be more pleased.
