38 years of driving and I've got to say that this is one of the most unorganized places I've can ever remember. Appointment was 5am checked in at 4am got a door at 8am Mt at 1pm (6 pallets) got bol's at 3pm.
Here's the bad part there were only 5 trucks 3 dry 2 reefer.

Have you ever heard of a SUGAR COMA? - I purchased Pork Sausage Seasoning BLEND #7 - I dipped one finger in it to taste and just about went into a SALT COMA - It Has got to be 97% salt & 3% Fennel seed, Sage and Thyme. It was absolutely horribly salty. For any person watching salt in there diet or that hate something overly salty avoid this. I'm scared to waste money on any other blend because I'm fearful their base ingredient is going to be salt. I mean I poured out the bag and all it was, was salt with very few of the other ingredients.

You would be better off to buy a grinder for at home, then get fennel seed, sage, Thyme then just add a litter salt as needed to taste. Otherwise with their #7 BLEND your mouth dries up like you've been in the Sahara Desert a week with no water.

Fairly straightforward place to deliver to. No after hours unloading but the dock manager/operator is very nice. I almost gave 4 stars because of the dock setup lot and the staging area. Very little room and employee cars on both sides of you quilt you have to basically alley dock because of the short run up. After a couple deliveries you figure it out.

Super nice staff at the Receiving area. We shot the breeze about NCAA basketball and football. An hour to unload, tops. I hope I get the same level of awesomeness again. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.

First time to make sausage so I went with the guys on You Tube and ordered AC Leggs. First batch was only 5lbs to test the waters. Great taste, will definately be ordering more.
