Very Disappointing Experience

I had high hopes for AB Mini Ranch, but the experience was frustrating from the start. The owner’s son was incredibly slow, unorganized, and seemed more interested in playing around than actually helping anyone. We waited way too long for simple things, and he acted like it was a burden to do his job. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a place that deals with animals and families. Won’t be coming back.

Poor Service and Lazy Staff

Terrible service at AB Mini Ranch. The son was absolutely useless — moved like he was half asleep and acted like helping people was the last thing he wanted to do. Zero energy, no respect, and made the whole visit a waste of time. Honestly felt like we were bothering him by just being there. If this is how they run things, don’t expect professionalism or care.

I have watched this ranch grow over the last ten years from my front porch. The work that Amanda and Brenda put in this passion of theirs couldn't be quantified. She simply has the best animals out there. Working for her, I am privy to the conversations that surround the satisfied customers that are across this country. Words like pedigree, temperament, and value are often used when customers describe their transactions. I'll add a few of mine. Dedication, work ethic, innovation. The time they spend with these mini donkeys is what creates the friendly nature that they sport. Whether pets or breeding stock, Amanda and Brenda have the best animals with the best disposition going to the fortunate folks that make the list.
And to the two bot reviews that have shown up on this page, shame on you. Google should know a fake review when it posts. Bad people running down good folks is just wrong.
