Been here a few times. Could be worse. Small yard with very little room for trailers. You may very well be asked to move other trailers around so you can get a door. Today I arrived a little late at 1500. Got a door a by 1700, and was down the road by 1830.

Here was my experience picking up a load here: Arrived at 9:15am 6/16/22 to pick up a load that was scheduled to be ready at 11am. Originally this load was scheduled to be picked up on 6/14 at 11am, but it was pushed out to today 6/16. (So I was forced to sit/wait for two days already at the TA in Ontario, because I was directed by my company to get fuel there…& that helped to cover the parking fees)

Upon arrival here at the shipper, I was told to “go park in the street until it was closer to my 11am appointment” then they would call me.

-11am passed. No phone call.
-So I go back to shipping office at 11:30am to see how much longer & I was told “about another 30 minutes before we can assign you a dock” for a live-load.
-At 11:50am I received a call to come back into the gate for a trailer inspection. Then shortly thereafter I was assigned a dock door.
-At 12:10pm, live loading begins with red light on.
-Finally loaded at 1:25pm with green light.
-Then had to wait another 20 minutes after that, just to get the BOLs! (ridiculous)

Total time elapsed for me to pick up a load here:
4 hours and 30 minutes.
(plus two days from the originally scheduled PU appointment they placed with my company.)

My experience unloading: they start unloading form 10p all night …. How long does it take to get unloaded ? Long time. But they did let me park and wait , sometimes. It’s okay I’ll come back.

I’ve only picked up from this shipper a couple of times and I can say one thing, they are consistent. They’ll check you in early, but you will be waiting until it’s closer to your load time to be assigned a door.

I read the negative comments. For me, I delivered 5/18 early like 05:00. In and out in 30 minutes. Greeted by friendly people. I like this place myself.
