Love to frequent local businesses and shopping for new plants is a favorite pastime. So it’s a bummer when a starter lantana plant is dropped into a 1 gal container, and sold as a one gallon plant. However it’s a disappointment with a business when it is indifferent to my concern and blames one of their eight growers.

I had a lot of fun there yesterday and this might be my favorite Nursery in town. I got a really cool weeping fig tree for 50 bucks. I'm going to eventually go back and get a saguaro from there too they were only like 70, when everyone else has them for like 100. Super cool place.

Update: The owner/manager (?) came to my house to personally pick up the incorrect shrubs and offered a sincere apology. He explained the situation, provided a gift card, and took the time to discuss what had gone wrong and how he planned to make it right. I appreciated the thoughtful conversation and felt genuinely heard. He even gave me advice on how to care for my plants. Because of this effort, I do plan on visiting again when I replace the shrubs in my front yard and look forward to their promise of making things right. By coming out to see me in person, the owner did a good job securing me as a returning customer. 😊

I'm really dissatisfied with this nursery. I purchased a mastic tree and six asparagus foxtail ferns but was charged for the wrong tree an additional shrub, and as I'll get to later-the wrong shrubs.
After catching and getting the error corrected (the extra shrub and wrong tree), my landscaper picked up the plants, only to receive the wrong shrubs, which were then planted. Despite multiple conversations with the front desk, they told him to come in to collect the correct plants. When he did, they demanded he bring back the ones already planted, requiring several inconvenient trips between my house and the nursery.

To make matters worse, the manager blamed me for not catching their 3rd mistake when they charged me for the wrong shrubs, even though I had already identified their error with the tree and the additional shrub they charged.

The shrubs are similarly named--one is the asparagus fern and the other is the asparagus foxtail fern--but I had shown the guy at the front desk the exact barcode and name of the shrub I wanted. I should not be blamed for only catching half of their mistakes; I don't work at the nursery, and it's not my job to ensure they process orders correctly.

The poor service and lack of accountability made this an incredibly frustrating experience. This situation could have been easily resolved or avoided in the first place, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Walked in at random to browse the plants and the guy was super helpful. Answered my questions with great knowledge and honesty. Will return here. Good prices, too.
