Had an apt at 7:30 checked in at 6:46 and got a door immediately! By 7:25 i was loaded and ready to roll the entire process from checking in to getting my paperwork work was quick and easy very friendly staff. A lot of space to maneuver definitely would love to pick up here again.

I was nervous after reading some of these comments but i had a pleasant experience at HP Hood. I read the directions and signed in on the tablet and picked up the phone and spoke to the night shift staff who were very nice and helpful. I didn’t take my load locks out before docking and after I got loaded they were not in the trailer. So when I went back to the front office, I spoke to the supervisor Sukh who was super friendly and helpful since I’m not supposed to leave my load locks(he reminded me) in the trailer. He walked with me to the dock doors and helped me bring them back to my truck. I like their night shift staff. Those guys are great. I am happy I didn’t listen to the comments below and picked up a load from them. Go at night time, the guys there are friendly and helpful. Making this place my regular pick up location.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
Drop and hook means nothing here obviously.
MT back in the yard, but was told, I had to live load because they had no MT to load.
Going on 7 hours now and still not done.

They deserve no stars appointment was 6:00 am arrived & check in 5:45 am she said we are under staff we will call you soon after 2 hours she said arrived late now waiting more than 6 hours not unloaded by 1 pm Be Aware plan ahead get your food at least for one day…..

Easy in easy out. Never had an issue. Docks can be tight depending on which door you get. Make sure no load locks in trailer upon arrival. Check in at tablet then phone. Usually in a door immediately less than 2 hours to load.

This warehouse sucks for real. I come here once a year but they have same excuses every time. They’re always running behind, always short staffed. Same excuse everyday and eveytime. Why they even give appointments when they never load you on time or near the appointment. They will take all day to load you. Lady at the front is very rude. When you go ask someone inside they will be rude to you and say if you don’t wanna wait then you can leave. Avoid this warehouse. Not worth it.
