I've been going to Laser Away in Novato for laser hair removal for about 8 months, every 6 weeks. Very happy with my experience. Staff and nurses are very professional and skilled. (Nurse Mackenzie is my favorite.) The facility is spotless. Good information and support before and after appointments. This investment has been well worth the time and expense. I'm a satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the services I have received at LaserAway. The treatment I have undergone is far from what I expected, especially considering the amount of money they charge. The quality of the work has been consistently subpar, and it’s clear that the results do not justify the high costs. Moreover, the staff at this location are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They lack basic understanding and empathy for their clients, which makes the entire experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, each time I go in for a session, I am treated by a different nurse. This inconsistency is unacceptable because it leads to variations in the treatment, and each person seems to do the job differently. I expected a much higher standard of care and consistency, and LaserAway has failed to deliver on both fronts.

From the start the staff have been super helpful and friendly. I purchased a full package that included full body. Any concerns or questions have been answered and front desk personal always assure me that if something is not to my 100 satisfaction that they will make the best effort to make it right. So far, my experience has been great. I absolutely recommend the Novato office!
