Had a 1600 delivery appt, checked in an hour early. Here it is almost 2000 and just got in a door 30 minutes ago. Still haven't started unloading yet. The only and I mean only reason I'm giving 1 star is the staff is friendly... will never come here again if I can help it!!! No excuse why it should take this long to unload. If they can't handle the volume then they shouldn't schedule a delivery until they can!

This place wasn't bad at all the the night security guard was very friendly my load was a drop and hook luckily so I didn't have to do no waiting there is a mom and pop truck stop down street with Wendy's and a captains D's within walking distance. Yard dog driver pretty nice also if you do have to wait I'm told it won't be to long depend on time of the day

It is 4:00 p.m., I've been here since 10:00 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. Got in a dock around 2:00 p.m. and they have yet to touch my trailer. This is the worst ran place I have ever been to, and if I can help it, won't ever come back here

The street address may have to be put in as 232 Buddy Griffith instead of Industrial Park Dr if your GPS doesn't recognize it like mine.

I’m not sure why the bad reviews but, pull to the right, check in with security.
They will direct you to shipping receiving for door assignment. Don’t back into the building like some of you reverse challenged drivers have. Chock wheels and drop red air line. I was here less than a hour for unloading. Nice people in the heart of Alabama. This is what makes me proud to say Alabama is my home.

Been waiting for 20hrs to unload me. Was told that they might get to me today. When my appt was 8hrs ago. Then after back in forth few hrs with corporate they put me in a door , and still 4hrs b4 they even touched my trailer. These people are not in any kinds of hurry, even after I told them my trailer doesnt run when doors are open.and its 98° outside, trailer is now at 74°. Will not be coming back here, not will I buy anything from this company.
