Had some great Pork Chops last weekend from Vicarious Ranch. Smoked the chops with a light seasoning, but don't feel it was necessary with how tender the meat was.

We have been enjoying the sausage for a while, but will also start stocking up on the chops as well.

Vicarious Ranch is a hidden gem. Operated by great people.
