Beautiful tomatoes and basil from the market and a fresh baguette from breadman!

The star was Fresco Pasta!! With the stracciatella and wild mushrooms on the baguette to the fantastic San Daniele Prosciutto, Nerone creamy sheep's cheese and savory pesto!

It's a nice market to visit with a variety of choices.

I live in Washington now, but this market makes me wish I moved back to Pasadena!

We didn’t have troubles parking, however we arrived around 11:30 so the amount of people was slowing down a bit. This is an early market with some people selling out before they close so I would suggest visiting earlier!

The vendors and quality that everyone brings is some of the best I’ve ever seen!!

You will find the freshest of produce, flowers, and bulk items like nuts, dried fruits, honeys and marmalade’s, sweet treats and savory.

Most vendors seemed to be cash only although some took card. I didn’t have any cash and I’m on vacation and not doing much cooking so I didn’t get to take home any of the incredible produce, but if I lived here this would likely be my primary source of produce for my household!

My friend and I did buy some incredible dried cherries, apples, honey roasted almonds and jalapeño stuffed green olives from one vendor. We also got baked tapioca from another. I wish I knew the name of this vendor because that baked tapioca was one of the best treats I’ve ever had!! Not too sweet but light and fluffy. Ugh, I’m drooling!

This market is so lovely and I’m envious of the residents who get to experience it every Saturday!

Excellent way to get fresh green vegetables, too bad, not much of Asian vegetables vendors. Fresh bread, Mexican Togo food and the honey man, we buy honey and bee pollen from him to help with the allergy. You I much to ask for it.

I’ll definitely be back there but my first time was not the most fulfilling, perhaps because the market was closed for the 2 weeks prior. I was impressed however with the variety of fresh produce like oranges, mandaris and lemons as well as the plants.

Fancy oils and certain foods but pricey. Might as well shop at your nice grocer under a/c conditions. Very hot in summer!

This is a lovely, large market with a wide variety of high-quality produce, meats, fish, cheese, baked goods, flowers, and plants. The great community spirit is reflective of Pasadena, and it's always fun to go to this market. The Emu eggs photo is just for the novelty of it. Overall, prices at the market are reasonable.

No dogs allowed - service animals only.

Great stalls! Definitely more farmer’s market stalls than food/meal stalls. Stalls ended up closing up around 12pm and had heavily discounted items by then. Plenty of free parking either in the school lot or on the street.
