In Los Angeles to stay for a couple of days and needed some water and snack. This was conveniently located not too far from where we were staying. The prices were same as a regular grocery store so I can’t complain.

Service was ok. The lines moved fast I checked out within 5 minutes. The store was clean but some of the shelves were empty, i.e. the water section. I don’t know if it was because it was later in the day or they just need to fill the shelves. But we found everything we were looking for so that’s a plus! Also, I like that there’s Starbucks inside. Another plus!

The store itself is huge. Great large selection of various items. Prices are ok, there are some good deals with having the Ralph's reward card. The store was really clean and very well kept. Everything seemed to be in stock. A huge plus was that there is a Starbucks inside the store. Customer service was very helpful and friendly.

Nice looking store. Really good selection of fresh food and prepared food. They have a good selection of beer and wine. A decent selection of seafood and meat. Full service deli with a olive bar and good selection of cheese and deli meats. Though the service at the deli counter was super slow, only one slow person working, though nice. I was going to get some roasted chicken but gave up after what look like a much long endeavor than I wanted to endure.

This morning, I was fortunate enough to pass casual greetings with store manager - I think his name was Derek Jones. He's a true gift of a human being. I mean, it feels strange to write a review for Ralph's, when it's actually just feedback about him as a human. What a gem. Anyone who works for him and with him are in great hands with this lovely person. Such a pleasure to have crossed paths!

What can I say… this location always finds a way to let me down more compared to other Ralphs. It is definitely subpar to the nearby Pasadena location. Produce here is usually running out and I have seen lots of gnats as well.

Great store! Opens early. Has an excellent variety of goods. My #1 place to go in the area. Friendly staff and helpful customer service.

I have been shopping here for many years but lately I noticed many changes as far as employees. I feel the management has changed and no customer service that all and cashiers turn off the checking without acknowledging you that you are in line to check out.
Also, they sell these Visa Gift Cards that are mostly not Visa gift cards, these are mostly bank cards and in order to activate you need to provide a Social Security number.
Stop selling these cards!!
