Truck drivers, absolutely agree with adeel's comments, this location is great for 5 tonne trucks, however backing a 70 ft truck and trailer when delivering peat moss, is a challenge up hill and winding road at level 600; and then reverse into a inclined ramp.. great if you are a team.

If you are a new driver and you are bringing Peat Moss load to this location and if you are not good at backing. This place can be toughest one and can prove the most dangerous one.
The unloading point can be a scary place for you. It's on the Hill.
You need to reverse your trailer in S shape while going reverse for 2-3 hundred meters backing reverse.
Dock is also on odd side. You need to back in by seeing passenger side glass.
Plz make sure you are in safe area while you are reversing in . It's a dangerous dock.
But the Mexican guys working there are nice ,Quick and super fast.
FYI: UNLOADING DOCK IS ON LEVEL 600.
PLEASE DRIVE SAFE .

Hay Delivery time broker gave me 8am to 4pm and they left 3 pm.After delivery they left super dirty trailer.

For truck drivers bringing in peat moss:

This place is located in a residential area. Overnight parking is available. On paper their address states Royal Oaks but on google maps it shows as Watsonville. 777 Maher Court Watsonville is the correct address.

They have labelled their receiving places as levels. If you have peat moss, you will need to go to “Level 600”. You will have to back in to level 600 because there is no room for you to turn around. Only way in is by backing in to the bay. Posting a picture of part of the level 600.

Staff is very friendly, courteous and they’re quite efficient.

Giving it four stars because of hard to back in places. Peace.
