What an attitude they have. Lady at the front desk think she owns the place (change your attitude lady and life will be nicer to you). Biagi need to train their employees how to be positive and polite.And this place is trashed horribly. Here some pictures what you have to look for while backing in.

The staff is great at their jobs and friendly. I read on here that two years ago this place had a bad reputation and I was hesitant to start, but the CSR that is here now goes out of her way to make sure supplier/customer orders are taken care of. I currently work here as the front desk shipping clerk and I believe good work relations are everything, so if you're in the area, stop by and say hello!

Trust each review that you read here. This place is a mess.. they don’t know what they are doing, no proper reception person.. they take 30 mins to just check in for a 2 min loading thing. .. total time waste

Very slow ... i was the only truck there ,pallets were ready and right front of the dock but still took 2 hour to load....25 minutes 1 pallets.
