We tried the chocolate block - we were looking for organic chocolate that still had cocoa butter in it for our thanksgiving dessert, all the products we found in the market were simple lumps of chocolate. We loved the product so much that we made several experiments including chocolate milk shake, chocolate coffee, and we also loved how the chunks simply melted away in our mouths. We will be back for more.

This is the best cocoa I ever had it. Love it. Even my kids love to drink this hot chocolate. It appears to dissolve better than any other brand, and I've tried a lot. I use it make chocalate milk and I don't have to worry about sediment at the bottom of the cup even when I make it very strong and thick.
