Not bad experience. It seems they are open earlier than 7:30, came here exactly at 7:30 and one truck was already on the door.
They are loading truck by truck, my appointment was for 11 am, but they took me at 7:30 with no problem. Have nothing to complain about.
They have scale on their facility by the way.

People have mix experiences. However, mine was great, I checked in 2 hours early got the door right away and was loaded in 30 min.
They do have scale as well and clean restrooms. Make sure you have a clean trailer.

I'd give them 0 Stars if I was able to people that came in after me got doors before me I had an appointment for 2 p.m. got there at 12 she told me to check in at 130 p.m. by then she told me there were 5 trucks ahead of me. i rejected the load.... ADVICE IF YOUR ON ELD DONT COME HERE 5 HR LOADING AT LEAST.

Changing my review to 0. Held me 4 hours to unload, wasted my whole day. Was told that my appointment is @1pm. Arrived on time and found out that I had to be there at 10am. Be aware and double check your appointment time.

The person at window is not doing his job sincerely.
He seems confused and talk to much with office staff. First it took 35 minutes to just check in
Now it’s been another 23 minutes no paperwork in hand yet.

Kind of tight when its busy. Delivering is easy, go to the door in the center of the building for Shipping/Receiving. Took them about 25 mins to start unloading but were done within 15 more. Someone will bring the Bill's out to you

Checked in for delivery well before our appointment time. They got us right in, unloaded and on our way. Everyone was soooooo nice! Thank you for remembering that drivers are people too... we appreciate that and you! ?
