I just opened and cooked half portion of the beef japchae I bought in Costco south San Francisco. Unfortunately the sauce with sesame oil is missing. Very disappointed! I tried to create a sauce to have a taste on the noodles.

I want refund on this or replacement.

Called an left message. Thought I would write this also. The picture on the front of the Teriyaki Stir fry Udon showed a lot of vegetables, but that is not the case when you open up the package. VERY little veggies. The peas are dry and uneatable. Ended up tossing them. Suggest snow peas sliced and more carrots. I added Broccoli. The noodles are a bit big, but manageable. I am not sure that this will fly in the future. A bit iffy. Suggest that you use a REAL photo, but that might not sell the item. I am letting Costco know of this.

The picture on the package of Teriyaki Stir-fry Udon is VERY misleading!!!! There is nothing in the package that comes close to the picture. I tossed the whole thing out and of course will not purchase again. False advertising!!! Nina Reynolds

Warehouse of Mira Loma,is a big mess.
They don't care about their employees.
They just decided to layoff many employees without notice in advance.
They just sent them back home when they arrived and started to work as everyday, they didn't care if they can make it to pay all their bills or rent, specially in the end of this month and of the year. Plus the place is nasty, they don't have toilet paper nor hand soap in the restrooms, and always are filthy.
Only two restrooms for many employees, and one of those two is been clogged for one week, and until the last day that I worked there, they hadn't been fixed it yet.

I bought Teriyaki stir fry undon and it was a big mistake. It was hard to heat, how do you mix sauce with frozen noodles? My hubby and I both disliked the looks and taste. The huge noodles looked like worms. I threw the rest of the package out.

My wife is obsessed with the teriyaki stir fry noddles! They have such a delicious flavor and so easy to cook. The product is a refrigerated product so it’s always on hand. Costoso is out most of the time though, would we be able to purchase is direct from the warehouse?
