I realize every person's experiences may be different, and after reading other reviews, I was somewhat concerned but I have no complaints. I arrived at 7:30 for an 8:15 appointment. Unloading was completed by 10:30. Everyone was friendly, plenty of room to maneuver, and there was no lumper fee for my particular load.

This place is a joke. Be prepared with plenty of food. You check in with the guard. You get an envelope you have to fill out and put in a mailbox all the way around the building a long ways if have to walk over to it. Then you park. Had a 1am appt didn't get into a dock until 4:45am 🙄. Only had 2 pallets and didn't get paperwork until 6:30am. RIDICULOUS!! What's the point of an appt if you have to wait 3-4 hours for a dock Driver's time means nothing to them. I DON'T recommend delivering here.

I access your company through the Martin’s Supermarket in South Bend IN. I have curbed my shopping at Martin’s because I find less and less items I want buy when I visit the store. One simple product is Lemon Shine for the dishwasher. Out of all the dishwasher products on your shelf,?I don’t understand why this product was removed. This product may be more costly, however it works better than Finish for hard water spot removal. I will be limiting my shopping at your stores because I want to go where I can find items that’s important to my regular shopping list. The only product that is on my must have list that can only be bought at your store is Old Orchard Lemonade and the Italian bread from the deli. These items keep coming back. Otherwise I would never shop at a SpartanNash store.

No restroom for drivers, not even port a johns. No vending so make sure you have something to drink and it's lumper service. Pretty big middle finger to the drivers. Screw us but haul our freight then pay someone else to unload our stuff for us. No parking on sight. Get the sense that they don't care about the trucker, just their own business.

I am a former employee and a retired senior citizen. I shop at my local Family Fare almost exclusively. I love the Our Family products and discounts offered. That being said, I purchased a loaf of Our Family seeded Italian bread on Thursday, Jan. 9, with a stamped date of 1/15/25 on the bag. The bread was moldy. I buy this bread often and have never had this problem before. Just thought you should know.

Stopped by Family Fare to get a few things in Byron Center Michigan. Today found Country Fresh Green Chile Dip! That with the Hatch Green chile fall roasting events could keep this Native New Mexican living in Michigan!!! The only thing you’re missing is frozen Bueno Green Chile. Keep up the variety and the spice!!

Be very careful when hauling freight for this company. They do not pay detention, they do not pay layover pay and they do not reimburse lumper receipts. One of the shadiest companies I've ever hauled freight for. Be very careful when dealing with these guys.

As a prior service member I appreciate the service you provide to my fellow service men and women. That being said go on your site for the san antonio tx facility they are dragging your name thru the mud in reference to how they are conducting business in the receiving department. I've been to allot of your north east facilities but never have I've been to such a deplorable warehouse in 25 years of driving from the exuberant $761 fee for unloading 6 pallets to the 8hrs waiting to get a door to paperwork and mine is not an isolated incident. You would not appreciate your trucks to be held up for 8 hrs for an ltl delivery so why are you allowing this facility to have such horrible standards.

Dyed Watermelon from Leppinks Newaygo!
Bought this watermelon from Leppinks Newaygo on 7/24 and had to return it to the store on 7/25. The watermelon was artifically colored, the cotton ball shows it!

I spoke to the store director Dan and was told that he knew nothing about this and I should not go after him, and should instead call Spatan that supplied these watermelons. Well, I did not buy it from Spatan, I bought it from Newaygo Leppinks! No apologies, very defensives, reluctant to take responsibility, it is how I felt from the conversation with Dan, the store director of Leppinks Newaygo!

Dyed watermelon could be harmful to your health. Depends on what kind of chemicals they injected into it. If you bought them from this store, you may consider to return and report the health department.

You know what? I visited the store again today and these watermelons are still there for sale.

Does Leppinks and Spartan always claim that they care about the local, the community, the quality and the customer service? My experience is that the store has prioritized their profits, not your health. In many occasions, the store were selling moldy strawberries, raspberries.

They let you check in 8hrs before your appointment but you have 30 minutes to leave after your empty or They fine you $1000.00 dollars and if you still don't leave They call the cops on you for trespassing
