Definitely make sure you check your food before you leave. The past two out of three times, the chicken was hard, old, and dry. The biscuits were hard as a brick. The only reason I had fresh chicken yesterday was because I made sure of it. Their food is really good when it's fresh. The young man running the drive-thru wasn't sure of what was going on. He tried to send me away without the rest of my food and didn't even know I had a drink. Make sure you pay attention to your order. The pictures with this review are from two previous different orders about a month apart.

If Popeyes and Raising Cane's and Chicken Express had babies, this would be it. Hella good tasting food. A bit pricey, but it comes with a cool cat toy (iykyk) and half gallon of iced tea for $39. Definitely recommend if passing through Shelbyville.

I do NOT recon this bojangles to anyone! The staff had no urgency. Chicken sandwich was beyond dry. Had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. And they had no cups for drinks. The manager looked like she didn’t care about the establishment she was supposed to be managing. This place needs a great amount of help!!

This store is never staffed. Love the food but each time we come. It's always a wait because the drive thru is working by himself. Get him some help.

Food wasn't fresh. Chicken was old, and it seemed like it had been sitting awhile . Fries were also cold, and the biscuit was a rock. Just GROSS all the way around. I definitely WILL NOT RETURN!!!! To this location or any other for that matter.

Chicken restaurant with unique sauce flavors. The key here is to douse your chicken in these sauces, that's what this place is all about.

On it's own, the chicken sandwich I got wasn't as good as other chicken restaurants. But adding it to the sauces was awesome. The tater tots were great too. Staff was really nice and the place was clean.

I was in town on business and spotted a Bojangles. I haven't had Bojangles since I was a kid. What I remember from Bojangles was the dirty rice, besides the chicken. When I got my food, the dirty rice was not like I remembered, it didn't even have sausage in it, it was good, maybe because it was different, and I haven't had it in awhile, but this is not the dirty rice I fell in Love with years ago. The chicken tenders were good though, just as I expected, but the dirty rice, wasn't so dirty

Ordered at drive thru. Ordered 3 piece chicken meal breast and thigh with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Drove to towards my destination ( 15 miles) and pulled over in a parking lot to eat. I received a thigh, wing and leg. Also did not have any utensils or napkins. How are you suppose to eat sides without utensils?
