They would be negative stars if possible. The leadership in this company is of low standards and has no integrity. They will reap what they have sown. If you are in the restaurant business or they are trying to get you to do work for them then I would run as fast as possible.

Terrible customer service. I’ve had to call over 5 times to fix a machine for the same problem. Machine still doesn’t work and they keep charging me. Then the guy on the phone has the audacity to say “well last year you only called 3 times to fix the problem” ummm seriously? After 2 times the problem should’ve definitely be fixed. I eventually just stopped calling cause it was like beating a dead horse. Id give no stars if possible. Stay away!

terrible experience!!!! they asked me to pay 89.99 dollars by month during 5 years for a dishes washing machine old of 8 years and refused to give me any contract!!!! just sign the credit authorization form!!!! amazing!!! trust me never call them!!!!!

They mailed me a invoice says that I order 3 of their products that I never did. When I called they insisted that we ordered them. We are still not doing dine in yet. We barley use the dishwasher. WHY would we order the products when we are not using the dishwasher?
