Chef Ron provides an amazing, informative, entertaining and delicious experience. Plenty for everyone, in our approx 30 person group, to do. This was my first time, but many in the group have been here annually for past 8 years and are never disappointed.
This time we did a traditional German menu.
Spaetzle, Pretzels, Hand made/stuffed Bratwurst, German Potato Salad Braised Sauerkraut and the most amazing Apple tart.

Always a fun place to visit. We make and eat the foods we have made. Ron the host delivers great humor and has many different recipes you can make.
