Not sure why there are bad reviews. Friendly people, easy docks, fast loading easy to find and check in was fast and simple (very friendly lady who went out of her way to welcome me, including making sure I knew there was an available rest room)
I'd gladly pick up here anytime and plenty of on street parking around

Fast loading, gives door right away after check in, Last check in 3:30pm but make sure to call them if running late to your appointment.

Easy place to find. Got a 1100 appointment time check in by door 101. They tell me my appointment is 1200. I tried to verify my 1100 but she wasn’t trying to hear me. No restrooms for drivers. Oh yeah got here at 0930. Fix it GOD

TRUCKERS: Southbound on hwy 99
Take exit 157, go right, take first left onto airport dr (its almost immediate), go one block and turn left on yeager dr, one more block is falcon dr, it's the last building, 2nd gate says entrance, go in and stop at office to check in first, if you dont and just go around the building you will have to walk back around before getting a door.... Very very tight facility & there appears to be SOME truck parking on the street but you cant park here overnight there is no room

Very friendly people here and they had me fully loaded 14 minutes after my appointment (: although i was an hour early getting there so it actually took them 45 minutes to load me which still aint too shabby

The lady in front office always had bad attitude and they are super slow to unload
If you can make yourself a favor don't come to this place pickup or delivery same thing if you decide to come here be prepared for at least 5 hours waiting ?
