This company is the joke. 5 truck waiting on scale to exit property and guard attendant is on break. All of us need to wait him until he finish his lunch. Ridiculous. And guard attendant has attitude like he is James Bond.

This security guard attitude out of roof. I was there 12:25. Dude told me to wait and take off lunch why would 7 trucks has to wait for this guy for hours. For lunch

Step 1 go around guard shack and get on scale
Step 2 get info about company, truck # , trailer #
Step 3 guard will give you a door
Step 4 go the shipping office to check in
Step 5 wait inside your truck till they call you when they done loading
Step 6 go back to the office get paperwork
Step 7 get back on the scale give your paperwork to the guardshack, he will seal it up
And done! You on your way

Security Guard is so rude and so lazy they must have find a good security gurad and they took 6 hours on door to get unload very slow i came here 12 wait for check in line for one hour cos of security guard 1 pm i checked in gave me door about in 20 mints 4 pm they start unloading they took very long to get unload after they gave paper work 6-7 hours to done

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they don’t take too long and you get a dock fairly quick. The security guard is rude and speaks to you in monotone like your a little kid. He just picks on drivers because he knows we can’t say anything because it’s his word against ours. I hope they fire this guy and replace him with someone who’s respectful and actually cares about doing their job the right way.
