if i could do a < - > star i would...it’s been a month of calling more than twice a week, still no drinks in the office part of our building we are right around the block from them they seem to buy out the other vending companies but can’t deliver I wish there was other options prices for the food is high and make sure you check the dates b/c they don’t you will get molded food. but we have work release so it’s better than nothing.

Items are continually not placed in machines correctly and get hung up. This is a very common problem, with turnaround time in 2-3 days for any issue. Customer service is always 'could care less' mode - even at manager level.

Their food and drinks gets stuck in the machine way too many times. I've called the customer for a refund and they just gave me the run around. One person said I would receive an email with electronic check (which never arrived), another said they would take the charges off of my credit card (which did not happen), and when I called a third time, someone told me I would have to look at my statement to see if the charges was taken off. First of all that would take about a month and second, I use an app that I am able to see what gets posted on my card on a daily basis. I had to call my credit card to dispute these charges because the customer service was of no help and the person on the other side was extremely rude. Never again.

Drink vending machine where I work absolutely sucks!! There was drinks stuck for over a week. They "fixed it today and by 9 pm it's broke again! This is a ongoing problem.

I would love to give 0 stars, expired food does not get rotated out, they just get pushed to the back and brought back to the front. They allow people to buy the outdated food. Too often, the snacks are so compacted and pushed back that you have to purchase more than once, several times even, to get what you are trying to purchase. Then it comes out stale, mushy or molded.. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Such horror from a vending machine. Don't even waste your money on this companies product.

For months our company has had to repeatedly call and ask for service on the vending machines. This has never seemed to be of much priority for Canteen. Their Customer Service Manager came to our office a month or so ago to assure us this wouldn't continue. Today marks two days we have had empty machines after calling to request they fill the machines. This is possibly the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Today I called to have their machines picked up. They were unable to keep the machines stocked, however they are coming to pick up their machines tomorrow (was not a problem to get that done in a timely fashion). Then they sent someone from their company to come out here about an hour after my call to pick up the machines, to retrieve the money from the machines, but still no refilling being done. The rep that came out to retrieve the money refused to answer my boss' questions or even acknowledge. I highly recommend you use another service if at all possible.

Awful service, machines are down more often than not, and the candy is often stale. The associate they've been sending out lately has been rude to several of our teammates, and I really feel like this person's performance is indicative of a systemic problem with the company itself. If you like stale products, poor service, and malfunctioning equipment, this company is right for you.
