Not as bad as people claim it is. Go to 301 E Harrison St. check in at the trailer. They’ll give you the list of things you need to do and the directions to where you will be going. When you’re done there, you go to the scale and get a scale ticket and then park. Then they call you and you go to where your directions say to go. Once loaded, you go back to the scale again. And then back to the trailer for your paperwork. It’s really easy. Took me a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Everybody I encountered was friendly and professional.

Slow, 4-5h here for pickup, People are nice, the warehouse map is on the scale house, is easy find the dock by that map.
You have to check-in first, and weight your truck before loading, and after that again. And made check out with the scale ticket to get your bills

the bad thing is: be prepared to spend some time there before loading, around 4-5h, but the people are friendly, and they have a map in the scale'house, so you can see where each dock is

Place could definitely use better signage. Spent 5 hours waiting in lines to get checked in at one of the several mobile home offices where you receive papers scaled, put in dock on other end of property then loaded. Then drive back to scale reweighed after getting loaded. Drive back to mobile office to receive BOL’s then your free to go. They offer overnight parking, good thing because I was out of time.

When you come go to the scale and wait for the buzzer sound, that means they have your empty weight, park somewhere , take a picture of your trailer’s plate (they want this for some reason) walk into the little trailer home office that was to your right when you were on the scale. You will need a pick up number and the DOT & MC numbers of the company you drive for. The place is very old and the people you will be communicating with in the little office are very very rude and impatient, there will be dust flying everywhere, rice grains falling from the above structures, you may go to multiple docks in different buildings to get each portion of your load. Overall not worth it for the amount of disrespect, dirtiness and the heaviness of the load.

Like most loads of food and garbage,I was there for almost 4 hours and they didn’t even call me at the door and i left.starting at 7am and they called me at the door at 3:02pm

This is a large complex and it took some time to find the appropriate guard shack for shipping. After sign-in procedure, scale empty and go inside scale house for ticket, then go to the waiting area to wait for your dock. Be very careful here, I’ve never seen such fast, reckless driving of cars by employees on a private yard in an environment full of trucks. They drive like it’s their own personal race course.
