Receiving is filled with extremely lazy people that don't want to work. Appt for 1500, I arrive at 1235. Told to leave and come back at 1500 even though all receiving docks were empty. Check back in 1440. Stand at the window for 5 mins while dude watches videos on his phone. Finally told to line up on door 2 someone will be out to break the seal. I line up on the door and 10 mins have passed so far and no one's come out yet. Get it together Newly Wed Foods. We got other places to be.

No overnight parking. Pickup is around back and delivery is right by the front gate. Truck entrance is before the building on left, to fast and you will miss it.

Mr. Reid in receiving and the other dork lift operator was very helpful and got me unloaded in 20 minutes. My appointment was for 5pm got there day before at midnight and then check in with office. Mr. Reid was kind enough to unload me at 5am so I didn't have to wait all day because it was very slow and the other driver was late .

Shipping is located all the way in the back, if you come here make sure you have an appointment, I got here early but the load wasn't ready, so I had to return 1h before the appointment, my suggestion is to call before you head to the warehouse, that way you don't waste your duty status.

Strict on the appointment times for delivery. 1 hour unload. No over night parking. Empty trailers everywhere. Truck stops in West Memphis closest truck parking.

Friendly and efficient crew! Vending machine and restroom, easy docks to back into. Overnight parking along rail, but only enough room for 4-5 trucks. Come early at your own risk. Three trucks, including mine, have been waiting since around noon to unload. It’s now 17:30. My appointment is at 20:00. Plan on waiting, or possibly taking your break here - or just come as scheduled.

It's easy to find and get to. Receiving is as you turn in, shipping is in the back. They will prolly want you to sweep out your trailer once you are in a dock. You may also wind up parking along the side before you load and possibly before you unload. They do have facilities which you may need. A couple of the shipping docks are partly blind side docks. Receiving docks all look two be sight side with plenty of room. Over all it wasn't that bad a place, just crowded and confusing. Not really looking forward to going back there again. Shipping check-in is at the West end of the shipping docks.

I waited whole day until 11pm for this pickup to
drive thru the night just for them to refuse it to load it cuz according to them this is a “dirty” trailer.
Meanwhile before I checked in I hear em talking how they’re low on material to ship out.
