👉🏾This is a local nursery with a knowledgeable and helpful owner on the premises. Saul has reasonable prices and has grown many of the plants right on the premises. He is fluent in English and Spanish. I have shopped there for almost 20 years. It’s located at the bottom of the Norwegian Grade as you leave Thousand Oaks to enter Moorpark. It’s on the left just as you pass the iconic Joel McCrea Ranch. Support local businesses🫶🏾

Super knowledgeable and friendly owner and a great selection at low prices. They have beautiful, drought-tolerant plants and shrubs and give you excellent advice on planting/watering/care for your plants. Will absolutely go back.

I love this nursery. I've been coming here for over 20 years. Saul, the owner, has always offered great advice, an excellent selection and tremendous prices. Every shrub, flower, or a tree on my property has been purchased at Saul's Nature's Best.

Stumbled on Nature's Best when trying to get to trailhead for a hike three weeks ago. We purchased several drought tolerant plants, and watched them take root just before the hot weather arrived. Very happy with both results and our selection. The owner deserves all the accolades bestowed above!

The man who runs this nursery is very nice and very helpful. The prices are great for very good plants-- a big savings over in-town nurseries! It is a bit hard to communicate with him over the phone because of a speech impediment he has, but don't let that stop you from going in and looking at the plants-- they are a great value.

I think we’ve been to every nursery in the east side of Ventura county and this is the one we always go to first. They don’t always have everything we’re looking for (what place does?!) but the health of the plants, the knowledge and congeniality of the staff, and the prices keep us coming back.
