I really can't speak about horse boarding. We used the place as a wedding venue. It is perfect. Beautiful picturesque surroundings. They have a paradise garden filled with roses. The place is filled with fruit trees, apples, pears, citrus, and pomegranate. The proprietor is warm and friendly. We put a dance floor under the veranda and danced until the early morning. We also had food trucks come for late bite snacking. If you are planning a wedding, give it a look.

Love this beautiful place! So close to Ventura, but you feel like you're far from any city life. Horses, dogs, cats, donkey, chickens, goats, emu ( I think that's what they are) what's not to love?
