I bought meal preps since they first opened up. There quality of food has since gone down since then, back then the portion size seemed right and everything was seasoned good. Since they expanding my food now is always different portion sizes some are fuller than others, I had a chicken Alfredo and the chicken was still raw in one of them.

I’m all for supporting business but i have been disappointed lately with the quality of there food.

I have lost 20 pounds by just eating their meal preps and walking! These are the best meal preps in town!! They are VERY convenient and they deliver as well which has been very helpful for me since I am in grad school, doing my practicum year, and planning a wedding at the same time. I LOVE the meals and how the process is always so simple every time. If you are thinking of trying their meal preps you will not regret purchasing from them!!!!!!! 🙌🏽
