The attached restaurant, Black Bart’s Grill, is excellent. The food here is well-prepared, delicious, and the service is top notch. The historical artifacts and landscape paintings are beautiful and create a charming atmosphere. Definitely worth a stop.

Beautiful shop, friendly, clean staff and store AND accepts Food Stamps. Their hot sandwiches are fire. As a transplant, this is one of the only places in Siskiyou County that has genuinely impressed me. You can drink beer in there too. Pretty sweet!!

My family had them cater a reception for my Grandmother's funeral yesterday. Their tri-tip sliders were fire, the staff were really nice and professional. The atmosphere was perfect for the event. Overall, this was a great spot

What a special nostalgic place !!! Takes you back to those days of gold mines and mine shafts in this historical little town .. the entire old town miner street also has mine shafts from the top of the street to the bottom and beyond … it has been rumored to have a full steam engine underground at the intersection of Miner and Oregon streets that the miners long ago used to pump out the water in the shafts … I was born and raised here in Yreka Ca and am very anxious to say to the owner Ken Barnes creator of this special place which is a tribute to a time long ago…it is so well done and soo sexy!! …. I hope everyone brings their family and friends to spend a evening in this step back in time place for the incredible food (we had the prime rib) drinks deserts as well as the wonderful employees and atmosphere this restaurant abodes… Thank you Ken Barnes owner of Black Barts Grill you hit it out of the park ….

Came into Yreka for a Reception for Grand Electa of 2023. My Wife and Friends went Lunch and had the BEST Sandwiches. Sourdough slices on most but the list of how you want your sandwich made is a great idea...if there's a mistake, The Customer is to blame!. BTW, This crew knew how to make Sandwiches!
It was a Great attitude and atmosphere that allowed it to be a Wonderful experience.
My Wife and I will be in Yreka again next year and we will visit

Best sammiches on this planet! Great meats, fresh produce toppings, best cheese and they make their condiments! I recommend that you get double meat!! Out of this world flavor! Pictured is a dutch crunch roll with corned beef, smoked mozzarella, spinach tomato olives pepperocini and herb mayo, mustard. And it's cheaper than subway!!

The quality of their meat is above and beyond excellent. Their employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent. They're a full service butcher and deli, open every day of the week; which really suits my schedule. Prices are reasonable/about the same as the grocery store but waaaay better quality. I've been shopping here for about two years and I've always been 100% satisfied. My top three recommendations are the ribeye steaks (pictured), the stuffed pork chops, and the smoked white cheddar cheese.
