Every one I have ever communicated with here has always been SOOOOO HELPFUL!!!
This time it was Shannon and Leanne.
Shannon was very courteous and helpful yesterday.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Leanne, who was also extremely helpful and polite.

Midway city sanitary District awesome and is very helpful for all our disposal and pick up of large items. We have lived here many years and we have called them few times for large item pickup. They have always been prompt on Thursday of our pickup day. I don’t remember the names of staff but all are nice and great. Thank you everyone at Midway City Sanitary District.

I have to say Midway City sanitation has been so awesome from the day we got our house over 10 years ago!
The drivers are always courteous and kind never leave a mess not to mention they even waited for me to bring my cans out. I forgot. These five stars actually are for the drivers this time. I was talking to a friend the other day. He mentioned how terrible the drivers are at his house. I had to let him know about ours
Everyone at this place is always been so amazing.

This is the most courtesy company I've ever dealt with. everyone who has taken my call has always been very accommodating and understanding!!!

I love Midway City Sanitation, they're always so awesome and friendly. If I mess up on my days or need extra help they're always there. The ladies in the office especially Debbie are just wonderful.

A car was blocking my trash pick up yesterday, so I had to call midway city sanitary district to see what to do. First of all, I love the fact that a real person answers the phone to help, not a recording. And secondly, the people answering the phone have been kind and super helpful. thanks!

A more contemptible bunch of folks you'll not find elsewhere. Oh wait, maybe you will, cus in my experience, all these special local muni districts are just as corrupt and detestable. Dig deep enough and you will find the filth & trash, and I'm not just talking about the trash they're supposed to dispose of. Called for a simple question, but instead of customer service, I get attitude. All part of the decline of Make America White Again. If negative stars were a possible rating, I would give it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Occasionally our cans will be missed on accident, every time I call they are incredibly polite and get it resolved.
