I haven't lived here for long, but so far I can say that it is a nice, quiet and safe place to live, especially if you have children, it is located in a beautiful area of Collierville. The only thing the place lacks is a playground for children, otherwise everything is very good, the office staff is very cordial, attentive and friendly. The maintenance technicians have so far resolved my requests and left everything in order. I recommend this place to live

Update: It's been over a year and Legacy still seems like a nice, quiet, pleasant, and safe place to live. I still find the management staff helpful, kind, friendly, and polite, and the maintenance staff is definitely punctual and efficient. I still recommend Legacy Farm as a place to live.

Recommendations for Legacy: It definitely needs a playground so that children have somewhere to have fun.

Today is our 4 years completion in Legacy Farms apartments in collierville. I love this place. Everybody in the leasing office has always been so helpful and Rhonda and Charlie feel like family now. On top of that, Mr. Jimmy, Tony, and the maintenance crew will take care of anything you need at the drop of a hat and are always out and about in the Legacy Farm community. It has definitely been a soft spot to land during a difficult time in my life and I couldn't be happier... going on two years now and even upgraded from a one bedroom to a three bedroom after the first year.

My husband and I have had a great experience so far with the team at Legacy Farm Aparments! Mandy has been an awesome point of contact each time we’ve reached out to LF. She really is invaluable! Miciela has been so nice to talk to and helpful when Mandy has been out of the office. The assistant manager, Rhonda, has been very kind and accommodating to work with while getting our apartment set up. Any concerns we’ve had have been addressed quickly and professionally. They are very forthcoming with tips on how to get the apartment we wanted, as well as, very informative on getting our apartment set up. Overall they go above and beyond for their residents and we’re thankful for all their dedication and hard work towards their current and future residents.

My family and I love living here at Legacy Farm Apartments! The community is very family friendly. The apartment homes are spacious, cozy, and modern. The lake is gorgeous, and so enjoyable to take a walk around. The apartment manager, Rhonda, and her team, Mandy and Charlie, are so friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any and every need we have.
