Location is right across the street from the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk. Easy trip (but not a walk) into the downtown Cambria main street for dinner. Easy access (10 minute drive) to the Hearst Castle. Spacious and well appointed rooms - fan and electric fireplace are nice amenities. Breakfast does not offer a wide selection but the amount is more than sufficient to get your day started.

The rooms are excellent, they come with decoratively folded towels, free cookies and water bottles. Free breakfast that was pippin’ hot and delicious. The front desk staff are really sweet and knowledgeable. I checked the mattress for bed bugs and there were none, the mattress was actually spotless. Seriously would give this place a 6/5.

Came for our anniversary and they left a happy Aniversary plaque on our table which was very nice. Room was very comfortable and beautiful with a fireplace staff very friendly . you could hear the waves from the ocean from our room was very relaxing .will try to make it back was worth it. Beach was steps away and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves.

We celebrated our anniversary here. It was a great and beautiful stay. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a great safe location. It’s so nice to walk along the beach boardwalk in the mornings. We like to take walks after dinner too so even though it’s dark, it’s safe and relaxing. They supplied great breakfast everyday too. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sand Pebbles Inn.

This was a nice quiet hotel across the street from the beach and 15 minutes from Hearst castle. We stayed one night, walked on the beach in the morning, went on a tour of the castle, then went to see the elephant seals. It was a lovely overnight trip. The service was good, the room was comfortable, and the location was great. We are a family of four and there was some minor griping about the portion size of the breakfast (they got the yogurt+granola), but the rest were satisfied with the scramble and the breakfast burrito. Overall I would totally stay here again.

Two night last minute getaway. It was a nice trip. Our room was cute, cozy and comfortable. Weather was very beautiful. The sounds of the waves at night were loud but it was enjoyable to hear and see. The breakfast was delicious. I do hope to book Sand Pebble Inn in the future.

This hotel is perfectly located, near restaurants, beaches and the boardwalk. The rooms are quaint and this hotel has lovely little extras like breakfast delivered to your room daily, supplies for washing your car windows and a patio with chairs for enjoying beach vistas.

We would definitely stay at the Sand Pebbles Inn again! Very clean and comfortable rooms that had a nice little coffee center, cozy beds, nice sized bathroom with a good shower, and a small yet plentiful breakfast delivered to our door each morning. The hotel is across a small street to the beach boardwalk and our room had a partial ocean view. We have stayed at another inn along the boardwalk and the Sand Pebbles seems more recently upgraded and a bit cleaner and more cozy.
