I called them to ask if they had camel meat and they instantly hung up on me without saying anything else, im an aspirant cook interested in middle eastern cuisine and have been trying to find camel meat

After a mouth wait a several phone calls asking when my moose will be done. I picked it up and only received 148 pounds of meat after dropping off 285 pounds of boned out meat. They said there was hair on the meat. Also I lost my very expensive game bags that I requested to be returned. I told them if my meat was so bad they should have called me and refused to process it. So I really question if it was bad and there was no mention of an issue even after I asked. Also this is not my first big game animal. This is how they treat local people.

Interior Meats has done great work for us. They make really good cuts, package evenly and I don't ever feel shorted. We drop off cattle and they slaughter, age and cut; our customers pick up there, seemless.

Excellent service. Provided 110lb pig for roast at a great price. Very patient and easy to work with. Jerry and his crew are very considerate. Highly recommend.

They processed my black bear meat and did a very good job. You may have to wait a week or two depending on what you get done but it’s worth the wait.

Stay far away from these guys if your hunting out of state and drop off meat for processing. It took them a month to ship our caribou meat. They have horrible communication and are hard to get ahold of. Very frustrating process.

This place is fantastic. The quality of the meat and of the service I received was phenomenal. They were so friendly with my toddler and I will definitely be going back once I run out of what I purchased. I highly recommend this place!
