The airport authority really needs to kick this monopoly out. This company doesn't give tho craps about the customers at all. With a few name brand restaurants in the terminal, none of them live up to the brand standards. Jim n nicks is a disappointment, chick fil a is no pleasure, grounded is an absolute disaster, and starbucks should be renamed to StarYucks..
The stores are always out of something, the taste is way off, and service, there is no service. These people act like they don't care and it really shows that they do not care at all.
