The pictures will explain pretty much everything. These were supposed to be 16 to 20 ct shrimp. It was also supposed to have been a pound. Check out the wild varying size of the shrimp and also the quantity. I included the spoon for scale. That's not a regular size plate. That's a small dessert plate. Not very happy with the size of the shrimp or the quantity... Billy's you should be doing better. I was on vacation so I didn't have my scale but I think they must be weighing these things when they're frozen because there is no way this was a pound.

This place is amazing. It’s not too far from where we were staying (Foley, AL). The selection and prices are tough to beat. The shrimp and crawfish were amazing. Great prices for both. The spicy tuna dip was excellent. The staff were friendly and informative and gave us directions as to how much shrimp we should get (0.5lb/person). They were spot on.

As a South Dakotan, visiting Billy’s to pick up my first crawfish boil was a treat! This is the most authentic fresh seafood market experience you’ll get. They were bringing the catch straight off the boat and they have everything. Everyone was so nice and they let me sample my first crawfish. So good! Thanks guys!

We have been to Billy's many times while on vacation. This is the only place we will get our seafood from. We are from Ohio and decided to order and have it shipped. It was very easy and Wilma was very helpful with the order process. The price to have it shipped is a very decent price. The shrimp arrived well packed and still fresh. We will definitely be using Billy's again to order more seafood.

Very cool and historic place right on the bay. Fresh caught fish and shrimp in a wide variety of choices . Great friendly helpful staff. And they love Jesus too!

Went for the first time today and just finished dinner … this was the absolute BEST shrimp I’ve ever had! On top of great quality and fair prices the staff and service were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!

My parents have been coming here for a few years so a group of about 10 of us went and picked up an early dinner. We bought 6 lbs of shrimp and about 30 crabs. They steamed them for us with Old Bay seasoning while we waited. It was delicious! You can of course cook it yourself and they have plenty of seafood options. The kids thought it was neat seeing all the fresh fish and shrimp too.

A busy family owned fish market that offers a great variety of seafood and more.

As snowbirds visiting the area for the first time we wanted to see Billy's Seafood for ourselves. We stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised at the number of fellow snowbirds that pulled in with us.

The market is small and you are treated like family by the employees. The pungent smell of fresh caught seafood hits your as soon as you step in the door. Your first view is a wide selection of shrimp. From head-on Royal Reds to small salad size that have already had the heads removed. You can also find oysters, shrimp salad, a full line of seasonings and so much more. As for fish, they had fresh off the boat Flounder, Red Snapper and others.

In our opinion, their pricing is terrific. Royal Reds were only $7.49 lb and XX Large shrimp were $12.99 lb. They will cook the shrimp for only a $1.00 per pound, either using a plan water method or your choice of seasonings. Plus they put them on ice to cool them down and then double bag them for the trip home. Who could ask for more?!?!? Well, you can get more by having them ship your favorite seafood via next day delivery across the U.S.

While we waited for the shrimp to cook, we were entertained by one of the workers who is part of Billy's family with tales of travel and fishing in the area. He had also travel to Costa Rica and on some incredible trips.

If you want great seafood at reasonable prices and you like supporting a family owned business, then this is an easy destination for you.
