If walmart and tractor supply had a baby, it's rural king! We love this place! Everything for the yard and pets plus snacks and clothes for us! (So much more) The employees are very helpful and nice!

While the store is nice. Considering it’s so new there is not any reason for the paper towel and soap dispenser to be broke and the women’s restroom to be so nasty. Plus the amount of stock sitting around the store on a Friday midday definitely makes it hard to shop the store.

I went in last night an hour before closing. A female employee greeted me as I walked in. I asked if they had any fencing products on the outside of the store other than the inside fencing section. She said that the only fencing outside were gates and goat panels. I asked this because twice I had been there, and the website said they had products in stock, but none were in the inside fencing section. I had asked an employee in that area about a sale product that was showing in stock, but I couldn't find it. They said it must be out of stock as they looked at the inside shelves. Last night, I searched again on the inside racks in the presence of two employees that, rather than asking if I needed help, stood around looking at their watches cause they would close in an hour. I finally searched outside on my own, and after about 15 minutes of roaming the parking lot, I found they have an outside fencing section that you can access from the inside. When I went to it, it was locked despite a clear sign saying keep this door unlocked if people are in the building. That said, all the products I was looking for had spots in this section. The bad part is, items that were on sale were now out of stock and the prices had gone up $50. I know the store is new but the employees already come across as lazy and ignorant. Please train your employees on what you offer. A customer should not have to spend 40 minutes roaming your store to find an item because either management is too lazy to train or employees are too lazy to learn. Also, it is a half hour drive for me to get there. So are you not only wasting my time but I now have to pay a higher price because your employees were too ignorant and lazy to lead me to the product when it was on sale and in stock. You guys are worse than Wal-Mart. Do better. You guys just opened and I'm already wanting to walk away from it. Oh that and items that have no pricing either. Put a price on your items for crying out loud. So disappointed in this store.

Went in to buy a handgun! Only one person in guns which I waited patiently! The young girl showed me the pistols I wanted to see. She literally walked away and started helping someone else! I walked away and will most likely not go back! She showed no skill or interest in satisfying the customer. Training is lacking!

I always find something I need at Rural King, whether it's Ivermectin for the cattle, net wrap for the hay or freedom seeds for the soul. It's a nice place. I wish there was one closer to me.

First time being in a Rural King and it is fabulous. All kinds of things to look at. They have baby rabbits, chicks, ducks etc for sale. It was clean and all the employees that we talked to were polite, friendly and clean.

I wanted to get a spark plug and a air filter for a lawn mower. they may have the lowest prices ,but you have to know what you're going after, because there's no one there to help you like at AutoZone. For other items dog food clothes things like that excellent place it's like a giant Dollar store.
