Ryan was amazing to work with! Great communication, and quality! We purchased a half cow from Ryan (picture for reference). Everything was labeled clearly, packaged very well and he even helped me load everything. With a household of 3 boys, this was the only way to buy! Thank you Coffland Craft Butchery! I have been a patron of Ryan's excellent work for approximately the last two years or so. Mainly, this involved the processing of field game kills...deer, boar, wild sheep, turkey. I cannot say enough positive things about Ryan's skill and the quality of his work. He is precise, thorough, and creative. He is dependable, timely, and easy to work with. Ryan is not a butcher. He is more accurately an artisan. I would award 6 stars if I could.

Ryan takes so much time and care in packaging, processing and presentation of the meat we purchased from him. We can’t even go to the grocery store to buy meat anymore for our family because it doesn’t even compare to the tasteful meat Ryan butchers. We have loved everything from him, the deer, bear, dairy cows, and pork. It is worth paying him because he respects the animals by making sure nothing that can be used to cook with goes to waste. Ryan is an incredible unique butcher! He butchered our massive hog in a heat wave, requiring more time and effort without any complaints or additional fees.
