First time eating at the Breakfast Burrito Factory. Pretty interesting experience since I didn't know what to expect. It's located in this restaurant co-op building called Echo Park Eats, which has a few restaurants working under the same roof. We ordered inside, which is basically a kiosk that has a menu for all the restaurants operating in the building. I ordered a Breakfast Burrito then waited maybe 10 mins. Once your food is ready you'll receive a text. You food is placed in a food locker. You hold your phone up to scan your order on a tablet. The locker with your food opens up. It's pretty wild. There is no human interaction other that the parking lot attendant. The parking lot can get kinda crazy. I see why they need him. Overall the Breakfast Burrito was amazing! They definitely do not light on the ingredients. The burrito was super filling. I wish I had taken a picture. I'll definitely be back again once I'm in the area.
