Tried their bread for the first time and I’ll order it again! It’s so fresh and it was very easy to place my order online for pickup in Echo Park. They also offer free delivery within a certain radius in LA.

The pickup process was pretty simple - it’s at one of those ghost kitchen hubs. I got a text the morning of confirming my order was ready. The owners even included a note with my order, which was such a sweet touch. I wish they would expand their viennoiserie menu to include things like chocolate and almond croissants. I would definitely order those.

Kneady Bakery came highly recommended by a friend, we got a two pound round loaf of the signature wheat, when I picked it up from Echo Park Eats (a commercial kitchen where they bake their bread - you go to pick it up, delivery is optional as well) it was warm from the oven. We don't eat as much bread as we used to but the two pound loaf is almost half gone and I picked it up around 7pm last night. The loaf looks magnificent, and that's how it tastes, too. Texture, flavor, everything. And after eating (lots of) the bread, it feels like you've eaten something nutritious, there's no heavy bloat, just a feeling like you've done yourself a big favor.

I absolutely love Kneady Organic Bakery! This place is a godsend! The craft, care, and quality they put into their breads is incredible and I feel so lucky to live only a few minutes from their ghost kitchen! I’ve had the kneady original, einkorn with blueberries and cranberries, chocolate brioche, and ancient grain loaf. All are amazing. I really cannot recommend the kneady original enough. I’ve been getting the 2lb round loaf. This bread is so delicious and so versatile and it held up really well for an entire week. And my father can’t get enough of the blueberries and cranberries loaf. Definitely check them out asap!

After reading the reviews and descriptions, exceeded my already high expectations! As good as any bread in LA and quite possibly best of them all!
Perfect crust, texture, flavor. Received still warm! There was a small mistake when I first ordered and Barbara was very gracious about apologizing and fixing and in the end even adding a free gift to make up for it. Not needed, but very appreciated.
Highest quality, unique offerings and you will taste the difference with the French flours and skilled baking.
Enjoyed the signature loaf, whole rye, einkorn, and Méteil rye with raisins. Can’t wait to try the rest!

I can’t say enough good things about Kneady Organic Bakery! Hands down, the best bread in LA. And if you’re gluten-free, they’ve got you covered with some of the tastiest gluten-free options I’ve found. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and I love that everything’s organic. It’s become my go-to spot for fresh bread!

OMG! I’m so Kneady….100% the best authentic French Organic Bakery in LA. I’ve tried their freshly baked artisanal breads whilst staying with friends, who also had their Gluten Free options. We all said how amazing they were. 🍞😋

I bought a loaf of bread and some einkorn gluten free bread, both were absolutely delicious. The fact that they import their flour from France really makes a huge difference. Their sourdough is one of a kind!
