412 acres in the heart of Hidden Valley! This historic Greenfield Ranch is the 2nd largest property in Hidden Valley, with older ranch homes and horse facilities on site. One of the original ranches in the area and seen in many movies, it has approximately 190 acres of flatland and 222 acres of hills, hundreds of eucalyptus, pepper, magnolia, alder, sycamore and oak trees, all at the foot of majestic Boney Mountain. Although you feel the privacy and freedom tucked in the valley, you are also ideally located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, a few miles from shopping and restaurants and minutes from Sherwood Country Club. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a trophy ranch in Hidden Valley.

I grew up on this ranch for 15 years when it was known as the Greenfield Ranch from 1971 through 1986 when it was sold the Ash brothers. So many memories.
