Right now I have issues, I've been their customer for four years, I ordered a delivery this morning, I was at work and told them that I was not going to be home until 2:30 pm. They came by 1:30 pm and charged me 10 dollars extra because I was not home to open the hatch. I paid for 150 gallons and the driver put in my tank only 100 gallons. I won't ask for this service, no more

What can I say? There’s always a dull moment with this company. The staff and the drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have way too many bad experiences, but my most recent one is of my mom calling for oil, and she expressed that a 4 month old lives with her and please asked if she could be a priority (just asked, didn’t demand), and the receptionist answered that it’s my mom’s job to monitor the heat & that she has a handicap customer that monitors their oil. My mom answered that she works all day and noticed the problem when she got home. HOW RUDE! A simple NO or we will try would have sufficed. Don’t waste your time and energy with this company. They’re miserable people that need God!

Very rude and presumptive. I was a customer for years and never had a check bounce. Because I had a past due balance I offered to leave a check for what I needed delivered and there was an automatic assumption that it was going to be a bad check, the lady I spoke to did not let me speak, kept talking over me and she used a very poor choice of words . She talked to me like I was scum. I will no longer continue service with Wargo.

Called them after the storm because i was very low on oil, being a new customer they provided myself and my family with very fast service. I called Friday and they said they might deliver Saturday but it would most likely be for Monday, I set it up either way. I called on Saturday and asked if they would be able to deliver that day and they said they would put me on their list and try their best, they were there 2hrs later. The staff at the office and the driver were very kind. Definitely a good experience!

Had been a 5 plus year customer. Was very satisfied...at first. Until they changed my driver. Asked for 100 gallons and was charged for that but only got 50. I take pics of my gauge every time I called them. Called and thought maybe their gauges were off. They said they were fine. I asked for them to not send this driver anymore. They said they wouldn't but still did. Was ok for two more fills then it just happened again. Charged me for 151 gallons but only got around 101. I never asked for money or credit but I can no longer afford to give them the benefit of the doubt. Going elsewhere. Hopefully they'll get better for the rest of their customers.

Absolute WORST oil company I have ever dealt with!
They make a "mistake" and the truck "accidentally" gives you more then you order and they expect you to pay with NO other options.
They blame everyone else but themselves and treat you like garbage!
Extremely unprofessional and rude.
Never recommending them again!

had no problem with customer service ! tom , the driver , needs to quit telling people in office he can't get in a driveway even after i plowed and cindered ! i drove for john davis for years , never did i leave a customer or a VET without oil ! ! Kamerzel oil got in and out my driveway , no problem ! an experienced driver !
