I’m giving this company until Friday to respond to my numerous text messages, phone messages and emails. After that I will contact consumer affairs. They shipped an incomplete order and what arrived was near dead plants. Which were completely dead the day after receipt. Please reconsider your business with this company. Give your hard earned dollars to a company that wants to be in business. So utterly disappointed!

Horrible. No customer service at all. I ordered just 1 pack of candy lily seeds to see if they were as bad as the reviews state- I mean how can you screw up mailing 1 pack of seeds you say you have in stock? 4 days later I get an email with a tracking number saying my order has shipped. That was on 1/20 and it’s now 2/3. They have yet to actually put it in the mail after creating a postal label for it. I have sent 3 emails and now I am requesting a refund which I’m not holding my breath on!

Will not order from this company again. Despite being fairly close in proximity(next state over) my order took weeks to get to me and was incomplete. One of the seeds I ordered said it was on back order but it’s been 2 months now with no communication from the company and no refund. Still waiting to see if the seeds that did arrive are viable and the correct seeds.

They deserve a negative -5 star review. They delayed shipment - without notification of any kind - for 3 months. They never once responded to my emails for information. Then, shipped without any warning while I was out of town. The plants were dead when I opened the box. They continue to not respond to emails. As a result, Caribbean Garden Seed stole my money.

Ordered back in April but only received part of it.

This company never sent any of the live plants in the order. Only the seeds arrived, of which all have been planted and only 1 type germinated. The live plants were marked as back-ordered. I have tried both email addresses multiple times. I have tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I have gone through Shopify and asked for a refund. Nothing has been issued. I have received no response whatsoever from this company that, in effect, has charged me and not fulfilled my order. That is stealing in my book. Do not order from here, as I expect this is happening to everyone.

False advertising
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I was eagerly awaiting 3 of these kits to give as Christmas gifts to my plant loving family members. What I received was 3 clear vases from the dollar store with 3 bulbs for $75! I have tried to contact the store via phone and email and get NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If I could give zero stars I would. I canceled my order seconds after placing it after I noticed the poor reviews. I’m still waiting for my refund from August 2024 (it’s March 2025). What a scam of a business!! Do not order from them.
