Got the Brisket Melt “stay away” the entire sandwich is a grilled cheese which is good, but the name brisket is wrong. The brisket was probably good when made originally but I think it was just reheated someway that over cooked the shit out of it. Very chewy very rubbery took it off the sandwich. There’s just certain items to get and not to get from here, and this one of them.

Never been here before but during busy time highly recommend having a reservation.. since we had one we were seated almost immediately. Although new our server was pretty good. We ordered appetizers but since we ordered dinner at same time everything came out together. since it was busy the bar was a little slow so drinks came sporadically.. food was very good, although my husband would not recommend the brisket sandwich.. there seemed to be more friend onions than brisket and it was a bit tough. My friend had baked potato soup which she liked, we ordered cheesesteak egg rolls and they were well liked. For the cost not sure I would come weekly, but definitely will be back when in the area.

I am with the Downingtown theatre department, the staff was so awesome and attentive helping serve our group of 50+ cast and crew members!! They kept their kitchen open late for us and accommodated all requests and made this such an awesome and memorable experience for our students!

I’ve never had my soup, salad, and entree served at the same time. The chicken basil pasta was bland, asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes. Waited forever to get our checks. Not a good experience.

We received dirty plates for our appetizers, plates were not replaced.. we just ate on our napkins.
Food was good for 2/4 (the voodoo beef tacos and Cuban sandwich were great), but 2 of our group of 4 got sick afterward unfortunately.
The other 2 in our group got wagyu burgers, they weren’t great quality and weren’t prepared correctly

Positives were the beer was good, 2/4 meals were delicious, the server was very very friendly, manager was also sweet!

They do have outdoor dining and two tables are even inside a covered tent. Tables and chairs were very nice, small heater at each table in the tent area.

Timothy's continues to be a great option for us. The food is great. Selections include burgers to tacos, pulled pork, salads, and soups. Starters are plentiful from Chicken Nachos to Calamari. A very generous beer selection is on tap as well. There are lots of TVs to keep an eye on your favorite game. We were there for dinner with another couple tonight. The chili starter was delicious, and my Cuban sandwich was great, and our server was terrific. We will be back!

I just had my 2nd party at Timothys' in Lionville. Kerensa and her staff went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience! Our son is disabled, and, in a wheelchair, several guests were wheelchair bound as well. Upon meeting with Kerensa to finalize the party details {It was a surprise 40th for our son} She left no stone unturned. Making sure there was ample room between the tables for wheelchair movement. we had a DJ as well. the food was awesome and served in a timely manner for our guests to enjoy. Anything we needed her, or her excellent staff were there to get what was needed. I didn't have to lift a finger.
I highly recommend holding your next event at this bouquet hall.
We had our daughters 35th bday party back in March. I was so impressed I immediately booked this last party. Knowing dates would fill up quickly with the holidays approaching. Thank you Kerensa and the staff at Timothys in Lionville for the best party experience!

Although they’re easy to pass by when heading into the shopping center, don’t pass up Timothy’s! They have an extensive menu that caters to any craving you have and the food is great! Got the Cuban this time - very fair prices for the amount of food you get. They bartenders are friendly and attentive. If you’re coming to watch the game you’re in luck because you can easily see a screen anywhere you’re seated. Definitely check it out!
